How do I track my Gatsby order?

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, a tracking number is generated. Depending on the states you are in, it usually takes up to 5 business days for the goods to reach you.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the personal-care nature of hair-styling products, we offer a 30-day returns policy for all unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened gels, waxes, or pomades for a change of mind.
